Prezioso balsamic vinegar is fermented from grape and made in Italy. The colour of the vinegar is brownish black with a sweet and sour mellow taste. When fermenting the grapes, they were put into oak barrels for a long period of time. The longer the ferment period, the richer and more pleasant the scent of the balsamic vinegar will be.
